Very Good

Perfect hotel for our stay in Andorra la Vella. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was rich and good. Hotel is in the center of the city with many restaurants and shopr near.......

Problem with parking, in other review some people wrote that parking is possible in hotels garrage but when i ask for parking moto this posibility was not offer us and i have to parking on the street in public parking, And in description Hotel offer private parking.

Too noisy 4me and room was outdated.

Breakfast had nice variety, just wished it opened earlier. Location was good, a few steps from shops etc

Room was dark, small and noisy since there was no view but window faced laundry ducts and hissing sound all night. Got a fair deal on the price and i believe, reason i was put in this room.

overall a good weekend in Andorra with friends...

the location was good, central and easy to find. Lots of space in the entrance and lobby. Breakfast had a good selection, the fruit was excellent.

The room was clean, but dated, its clear it has been updated with paint, but the bathroom is old, poor fluorescent lighting. no option for just a fan to circulate the air, without airconditioning. Parking onsite very limited and no possibility to reserve in advance. the furniture in the lobby was dated and warn.

Fine hotel.

Good breakfast, and the room was ok. The hotel is quite modern and located near the center - shopping street and restaurants are near. ALso, the foyer is well equipped with TV, sofas and billard tables We stayed only night. The room was overall fine for that.

Parking was full and unvailable. The bed had no duvet - which we noticed a while later - and the night staff didn't understand the problem. So we had to sleep without duvet, with a uncomfortable, brown throw they gave us. Which seemed unwashed and smelled old. Also, our room had a window that faced a wall - a terrible view. A pity, as the area is quite nice.

Handy hotel for the city!

Nice hotel. Good clean rooms. Breakfast was nice.

There are no power points in the room. We had to unplug the TV to charge items. The carpark was full.

That’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s not ok when in a 4 star you don’t have kettle, tea, coffee. And also not ok when cleaning workers while you packing your things hour before check-out just entering your room without knocking and leave it when you say «we not leaved yet».

Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice hotel with a 70's vibe with the decor in our room. Hotel bang in the middle of Andorra so straight into the pedestrian walkways etc for the shop, restaurants etc. Secure underground parking for our motorbikes as well.

Great value, friendly hotel in a super location

Location was excellent. Very central and easy to find. Breakfast was good, and plentiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice if the bottled water was replaced each day.

Nice hotel and friendly staff but didn't like Andorra.

The room was quite large very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was in a Car Park around the back of the hotel reasonably priced. The view from the hotel was ok we looked over to the church and shops but also the air conditioning units which were a bit noisy as our aircon was not working. If you want to go shopping for designer goods then Andorra is the place to go. They could have also done with plugs at the side of the beds to charge your phone. we did not take the breakfast option.

The Andorra mobile phone signal is not too great. We had to leave there and go into France to pick up a signal and as we were relying on Sat Nav we hoped we were going the correct way.

The breakfast was very good The location is great near the street with shops, restaurants and bars. Very close to Caldea spa

Close to the shops, bars and restaurants. It was very clean and being able to park the car in the underground parking was very convenient.

The bathrooms definitely need updating.

Easy to meander from the hotel into the shopping Av Maritxell. Grocery stores are nearby. It's easy to find the hotel by driving to Andorra la Vella and the hotel car parking is convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The bed mattress and/or the bed's frame structure was not sufficient for a comfortable sleep.
